The products/services/courses/content (including all downloadable, online. digital and offline physical content) generally include traditional & contemporary Mindfulness  Yoga & Qi-Gong Meditation techniques and are for educational and wellness purposes only.  Activities and content offered by are generally considered safe and are practices that enhance Health & Well-being. Participation and use of any content/ product/service/course/event/advice is voluntary and at the individual's own risk.


The owner and content creator / practitioner is a qualified Mindfulness Teacher but is not a licensed healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are advised to consult with their GP/physician and any other medical professional they may be associated with before starting any Meditation/practice or using content or advice. This applies to any new exercise or therapy program, including yoga & meditation practices.


The owner/content creator/practitioner (and any facility used) assume no responsibility or liability for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation or use of any activity/content/advice.


By engaging in any and all content/products/services/courses/advice, participants agree to release the owner/creator/practitioner from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation.

In using any content/products/services/courses/advice you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating. In using any content/products/services/courses/advice

 you voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have for any injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating.

It is not advised to use any Meditations including Meditations from any content while you are driving or doing other activities that require you to be focused and alert. Please consider this and always put your safety first. content is best viewed/listened to while in a safe place and in a relaxed state of body and mind. You should choose a safe appropriate and suitable time place and environment to practice Meditation including Meditations. It is not advised to Meditate or use any physical or digital content/material/advice from while you are driving or doing other activities that require you to be focused and alert.

The owner and content creator / practitioner accepts no responsibility for any adverse effects, direct or indirect, that may result from use of the information in any content/communications on-line or off-line in person.
