Example: A typical session will include:

• Welcome & Introduction

  • Whole Centered & Balanced Soul Self & the Human experience.​

• Relaxing Mindfulness Meditation

  • Breath, Body and relaxation.​

• Soul Light Meditation​

  • B&B, Heart Light, Love, \/Root/\Chakras, Source-Waterfall, GC&B.​

• Soul Light Movement meditation

  • Can be done sitting or lying down.

  • B&B, Heart Light, Source-Waterfall, GC&B.

• Laughter Yoga or Soul Discovery activity​

• Reflection and Q&A​

The ‘Soul Light Circle’ is a meeting that supports all who attend with their Soul Awareness, Awakening, Healing, Well-being and Enlightenment.

​

The meetings are useful for 'all' who would like to become aware of their Soul (Being of Light within), for those who are awakening to their Soul Light and for those who already Awakened. The events are held in a safe and supportive environment and are suitable for Highly Sensitive People/Souls (HSP) and are supportive for all.
