A creative workshop that supports you reflecting and going within discover and raw your Soul's sacred presence and benevolent qualities and abilities to create a Unique Scared Mandala to facilitate Soul connection, healing and actualisation in the World. 

The workshop will consist of:

• Namaste / Aloha Welcome

• Introduction: Divine nature of the Soul and Source within.

• Mindfulness Meditation (Relax ground and center)

• Soul Art session:

  • Difference between seeing outside and seeing/sensing & feeling inside

  • Identifying your/Soul qualities

  • Identifying Soul quality colours

  • Identifying Soul quality shapes

  • Identifying your/Soul skills/gifts/abilities (colour, shape, image?)

  • Creating your Sacred Soulscape / Mandala
    Resources: Each attendee will be given a drawing pad and set of coloured pens for the duration of the session.

• Q&A / share.

The meetings are set-up to 'Acknowledge' your true self, 'Remind' you of your true self, 'Support' your true self, and 'Allow' you to be and express your true soul self.

The meetings are useful for 'all' who would like to become aware of their Soul (Eternal Unique Being of Light within) and for those who are already awakening/awakened. The events are held in a safe and supportive environment and are suitable for Highly Sensitive People/Souls.
