"It is so natural to experience the flow of light of the Creator through your being and yet it is something that many often forget. It is also natural that this light brings forth wisdom, enlightenment, healing, and the truth of the Creator, it is for you to access at any point.
This is my simple technique and explanation for awakening and aligning with your inner enlightenment. My love is with you eternally. Enlightenment is needed upon the Earth now, allow yours to activate. I thank you, I am Archangel Amethyst". - Channeled through Natalie Glasson – Original Source: Sacred School of OmNa.
"You are bringing to conclusion a long cycle of lives meant to realize who you truly are: an angel in your deepest essence, but now an incarnated angel of flesh and blood.
... Ascension – literally: to rise – means to raise one’s frequency by inner growth and increased awareness. The expansion of consciousness shows itself, amongst other things, by an increased sensitivity, which is the capability and willingness to empathize with others and to focus less on the material, on success, and appearance. But ascension is, in essence, not a movement from the low to the high, but a movement from the periphery to the center; that is, from the outside to the inside. Imagine yourself to be a radiant star, a shining sun. In the core of that sun you are one with God, you are unconditional love and creative power. You are not bound to time and space, and you are not bound to any form. You do not need a body to feel or to be who you truly are. At a certain point, from this core, the desire to experience originates; a desire arises for dynamics and movement. The God within you, the formless and unbound essence, seeks out material reality to experience emotion and the duality of love and fear. In God existed the desire to experience and, therefore, you created yourself. You are Creator and creation in one. Every life you have, every incarnation in form, represents one ray of this big star, the sun that you are. When you reach the outer point of such a ray, and you are as far as possible from your sun, you have become deeply rooted in form. It is then that it is possible for you to lose touch with the divine source out of which you derived. You may forget who you are and identify yourself with beliefs and behavior patterns that do not reflect your true solar essence. When you ascend and raise your vibration, you move back along the ray. You come closer to your core and identify less and less with your identity at the end of the ray: your body and personality in this earthly lifetime. You start to feel who you truly are. You regain contact with your soul, the part of you that is not bound to the body and to the forms of time and space. You get more in touch with your divine origin, and with the joy and creativity that are intrinsic to it. The more you move toward the center, while remaining present in your body, the more will you embody your essential self on Earth. Ascension means that you embody a greater part of your “higher self”, or soul, here on Earth, so one might just as well say that a “descension” is taking place of your soul to Earth. As your consciousness is opening up, a larger part of your soul is able to manifest on Earth. True ascension is not really about rising up, away from Earth. It is about heart-centered living on this planet; it is about being present here from your divine core.
… There comes a time in the cycle of lives in which you feel so totally estranged from who you truly are that you feel you can become no further separated from God. Darkness appears to be on all sides. Such a moment of deep crisis and utter desolation often leads to a turning point in the development of the soul. This point of utmost disillusion also holds the possibility of a breakthrough, a sudden awakening and urge to return to your Source. In such a moment, you are invited to let go and surrender all your expectations. Your human ego is tired and exhausted from the struggle. You do not know what to do any more. It is precisely then that the grander reality of your soul can touch you. When you give up the struggle, and reach out to something that is beyond what you know, you allow your soul to connect with you and to inspire you with her light – your ascension begins. Many of you have reached this turning point and are faced with the choice to resist or to surrender to your heart’s calling. The opportunity to surrender, instead of struggle, will occur several times during your lifetime. When you choose surrender, you let go of what feels safe to you and open up to something new. You trust that your soul will guide you toward what is right and joyful for you to experience in this lifetime."
… To live from your heart means trusting your intuition, trusting your inner voice, and not the endless flow of information that is forced upon you from the outside world. To live from your heart means you have become so silent within that you are finally able to hear your inner voice. It means you are conscious of the emotional patterns that get in your way. You have learned to identify these patterns and, as a result, they will not control your life any more. As soon as you feel emotions like fear, anger or sadness, you keep your consciousness awake and you will not be swept away by these energies. Ascension means that you, more and more often, converge with your own core, which is timeless, silent, and pure. While growing toward this state of consciousness, you will encounter a lot of old pain within: rage, fear, sadness, frustration, and disappointment. These emotions want to be acknowledged and lived through. By welcoming them, and surrounding them with consciousness when they arise, you release them. Be patient with yourself in this process of emotional purification. Old pains may surface that will only gradually resolve by your attention and acceptance."
… Your heart opens like a flower and you understand the meaning of self-love. There may still be some negative beliefs influencing your emotional life, but you will resolve them as you go. You now have the understanding of what it is like to be connected with your true self, your divine core." - from "HEART CENTERED LIVING: Messages Inspired by Christ Consciousness" by Pamela Kribbe.
"Wholehearted living is not a onetime choice. It is a process. In fact, I believe it’s the journey of a lifetime. My goal is to bring awareness and clarity to the constellation of choices that lead to Wholeheartedness and to share what I’ve learned from many, many people who have dedicated themselves to living and loving with their whole hearts. Before embarking on any journey, including this one, it’s important to talk about what we need to bring along. What does it take to live and love from a place of worthiness? How do we embrace imperfection? How do we cultivate what we need and let go of the things that are holding us back? The answers to all of these questions are courage, compassion, and connection—the tools we need to work our way through our journey. If you’re thinking, Great. I just need to be a superhero to fight perfectionism, I understand. Courage, compassion, and connection seem like big, lofty ideals. But in reality, they are daily practices that, when exercised enough, become these incredible gifts in our lives. And the good news is that our vulnerabilities are what force us to call upon these amazing tools. Because we’re human and so beautifully imperfect, we get to practice using our tools on a daily basis. In this way, courage, compassion, and connection become gifts—the gifts of imperfection." - Brene Brown (The Gifts of imperfection)
"Allow the anger to be there. Work with it, just like you do with all other spiritual forces. Anger is just as much a guide as an angel from heaven. This emotion wants to tell you something important about who you are and what you should do. When you connect with your anger, let it express itself physically and feel openly and neutrally where in your body it wants to express itself. Allow the anger to roll out and flow through you like a wave. Then engage in a dialogue with this angry part of yourself: let the woman have her say. Write down what you hear and feel; translate it into your own words. Take what you hear her say or yell seriously. Ask yourself how you can meet her needs. The next question is: what are you going to do with the insight and information you now have? How will you step into the world with it? Anger mainly is a signal to yourself, a form of communicating with yourself. When you have received the message loud and clear, you can translate it into action in the outside world by sending clear messages to other people and saying no if it feels right. Well-integrated anger leads to more honest communication with other people about what is going on inside you. So allowing yourself to feel anger is not the same as uncontrollably expressing it to other people. First of all, it is about processing your anger. In other words, accepting and understanding it. Next, you can apply this in the outside world by asking yourself what you want to change, and by making this known." (from "The Forbidden Female Speaks" by Pamela Kribbe).

Humanity has used it's consciousness senses and the scientific method to empirically test observe and report on the existence of the immortal soul and god in disconnected distant civilizations for the last 6,000 years. Modern science is only a few hundred years old and Modern scientific tools are not yet evolved or sophisticated enough to identify what humans themselves have observed since humans began recording their history. Although there have been some recent breakthroughs (e.g. Bose, UCLA, biophotos). - JW
